Yes, it is true this is Sega's new thingy I guess. It's basiclly a fish tank and fish inside a LCD monitor. So you don't have to clean up after the fish which is really nice. You can also change the theme by buying new themes for the Aquarium. Sega claims this is perfect in places such as Hospitals, Hotels and many other places. I think it would go good in my room!!
